1. The participants divided into 5 groups (4-5 people in a group).

2. Work with prepared profiles of the imaginary companies and transforming them to the new, e-level of operation.

3. Using special templates, and selecting appropriate e-commerce tools.

E-strategy presentation

1. Understanding the e-tools and relevance of the choices for each of the segment.

2. Total consistency and the 'cost' of the new strategy.

3. The emergence of the new creative solutions and visible signs of mastering the tools.
